竟然连饺子都不会煮了,实在是记不清是先放饺子再煮开还是相反。只有GOOGLE了……真是天大的讽刺啊!不过竟然搜索到一个很爽的方法,煮饺子不用点水了。那个什么饺子要三开的老话也过时了哦!

吃饺子容易、煮饺子难。如何掌握火候,怎样煮饺子才不会破呢?相信您听了以下我们向您介绍的几招妙法,您的忧虑就会一扫而空。

第一招:民间关于煮饺子有几句俗话:“煮饺子先煮皮,后煮馅”,“盖锅盖煮馅,敝锅盖煮皮”。这几句话是很有道理的。大家知道水的沸点是100℃,把露出水面的饺子皮“蒸”破而馅却还有熟,并且汤色浑浊不清。若是敝开锅盖煮,蒸气会很快散失,水温只能保存百度左右,饺子随滚水不停地搅动,均匀地传递着热量;等饺子皮熟了,再盖锅盖煮馅,蒸气和沸水能很快将热量传递给馅,不用多久饺子馅就煮熟了。采用该方法煮出的饺子,皮不容易破,汤色也清,饺子既不粘,又好吃。

第二招:水烧开后放进适量的盐,待盐溶解后,把饺子下到锅里,再盖上锅盖,不用翻动,不用点凉水,直到煮熟。这样煮出的饺子,不粘皮,不沾锅,剩在锅中的饺子也不会发生粘连。

第三招:在煮饺子水烧开之前,先放入一些大葱尖,水开后再下饺子,这样煮出的饺子不易破此,也不会粘连。

第四招:为防止饺子粘锅,和面时可加1个鸡蛋。另外,如果想让肉馅熟得快些,可以在水里加些醋。

卡拉OK比赛

今晚赶到学校去参加卡拉OK大赛,当然,是去看人家唱歌。结果看得十分郁闷,器材断断续续的坏。要是一直没有修好就得取消了,可惜总是可以在我们等到没有耐心的时候恰好响起来。歌手也没有几个像样的。不过惊讶的发现院新闻部的部长竟然是上一届的冠军。我跑过去祝贺她时,她却一直说自己是胡乱唱的。这种谦虚还真是没听过。

最后被部长捉到写这次比赛的报道,我就问她,是要写真的还是假的。她一听,马上摇摇头,算了,不用写了,其实我也听得很郁闷。拜托!她是评委啊!
